1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account on 98php, depositing funds, or participating in any gaming activity, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

98php reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of 98php after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account and participate in gaming activities on 98php. This age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine gaming laws. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

98php employs identity verification procedures to confirm the age and identity of all players. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or other verification materials. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

2.2 Account Information Accuracy

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to provide true and correct personal details including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on 98php. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. 98php reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated bets, and confiscate any funds or bonuses obtained through multiple account abuse.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 98php immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 98php will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

98php accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through authorized payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other e-wallet services. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified. All deposits are subject to verification and anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. 98php does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification, account validation, and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal methods must match the deposit method used to fund your account, unless otherwise approved by 98php for security or regulatory reasons.

98php strives to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though processing times may extend to 72 hours during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required. Withdrawals under ₱500 may be subject to a processing fee.

3.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, promotions, and free bet credits are subject to specific wagering requirements, which must be met before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are detailed in the applicable bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw funds before completing wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

98php complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, conduct enhanced due diligence, or freeze accounts pending investigation if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. Accounts found to be involved in money laundering will be reported to appropriate authorities.

4. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

4.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

98php is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the potential harms of problem gambling. All gaming activities on the Platform are intended for entertainment purposes only. Players should never wager more than they can afford to lose.

4.2 Self-Exclusion and Deposit Limits

Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) through their account dashboard to control spending. Self-exclusion requests are effective immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or other forms of cheating;
• Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to gain unfair advantage;
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers through manipulation or bad faith conduct;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack Platform software or security measures;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or staff;
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or engaging in chargeback fraud.

5.2 Account Suspension and Closure

98php reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without cause, if we determine that a player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in bad faith. Upon account closure, any remaining funds will be returned to the player after deducting any amounts owed to 98php, provided the player has complied with all verification requirements and applicable terms.

6. Game Rules and Betting Limits

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on 98php utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems that have been audited for fairness by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated by players or the Platform.

6.2 Betting Limits and Maximum Wins

6.3 Disputes and Errors

In the event of a dispute regarding game results, account balances, or technical errors, 98php's decision is final and binding. If a technical malfunction voids a game or bet, the affected wager will be refunded, but no additional compensation will be provided.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 98php Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of 98php or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 98php.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 98php and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

98php does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Technical issues, server downtime, or connectivity problems may occur from time to time. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of 98php shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact 98php customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration as provided under Philippine law before resorting to litigation.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10.2 Waiver

Failure by 98php to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of 98php.

10.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without prior written consent from 98php. 98php may assign or transfer these Terms & Conditions to any third party at any time without notice.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 98php regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
